I smear some color across my cheek

Clamp my lashes and tried to peek

I tint my lips searching for a kiss

Pluck and powder and scent my wrists

Dryed and tousled, teased my mane

Hooked,tied sucked in and strain

Placed and strapped, buckled and zipped

Pushed up and pressed so they don't slip

Remember head up and chin high

Wink and flip catch that eye

Sit and ponder what to drink now

try to stand out in the crowd.
