pucker up

I never knew what going off the pill would do to me. I can't believe I forgot how bad my periods use to be. I am so nauscious and these cramps have me crying like a little bitch. I am doubled over, my mouth is dry, and I have chills. I stop taking the pill a month ago and that's all it took for my period to go nuts again. I am going to throw up I really am.
